Modified Star Jimmy Phelps Joins the ARRA List of Esteemed Researched Drivers’

 

Ringoes, NJ – ARRA, Auto Racing Research Associates has announced that another top level Northeast Modified stock car driver has been researched and added to their always growing list of researched subjects in the world of auto racing. 

  Baldwinsville, NY’s Jimmy Phelps got his racing underway back during the 1991 racing season…piloting the family owned 4 cylinder stock car at the Brewerton and Fulton speedways and quick worked his way up through the ranks and found himself in the big block modified division…eventually trading the family owned #99J machines in for a top flight ride in the H&H Racing #98H machines of owners Al Heinke and John Holland and his career took off exponentially! 

“The Jimmy Phelps research project just dropped out of the sky and into my lap a few weeks ago.” revealed ARRA President Fred Voorhees.  Voorhees mentioned that he had been heavily grinding away at another racing research project…..the weekly multi divisional weekly winners of the Evans Mills (NY) Speedway.  “I was hitting that research hard daily”….Fred says…”When the Phelps situation dropped out of the sky by way of some contacts within the sport, I was just about wrapped up with my initial phase of the Evans Mills project and I needed to step away from it for just a little bit to relax.  The Jimmy Phelps research was incredibly aided by some information already readily available to me and I immediately got a great head start on the project.  I literally completed it within two or three weeks time.  Its always a thrill to add another drivers career to our list of researched drivers….Jimmy is one of the Northeasts premier drivers on the DIRT circuit and its tracks currently and he surely deserved a place on our website, paying tribute to his career success!”
