What Charlie is going to do to the track this year

I was informed by someone who works at the speedway, that Charlie is going to disk the track and put lots of water in it on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then Thursday and Friday he is taking a machine that lays down rubber on the drag strip and going to go around the top of the speedway for 2 straight days to put rubber down up top. So I guess we'll find out if it works come Saturday. I criticize Charlie alot, but at least he's going to try and get a top groove this year.
