I don't understand why this is even an issue. There was a mistake made by an official, it happens. In my opinion what Grandview did showed a lot of class. If they did nothing someone was going home feeling like they got screwed. Obviously Brett was upset afterwards and rightfully so. What they did shows they care about their drivers, a bit of a lost art at some tracks these days. The outcome should be nothing other than praise. No matter which of these up and coming drivers you root for, you went home a winner. Congrats to all the winners and 2017 Champs. Thanks Grandview for an entertaining night of racing. Social media could be such a valuable tool for racing but we continue to use it to destroy local racing. Keep it alive folks, we never know how long we will have it.
