Billy Dunn will run for a new team headed by Billy Cook next year. Dunn left the Slack Racing 3RS and his Friday night ride, the RLM #9, shut down at the conclusion of the season.
Dalton Slack will move up to replace Dunn in the Slack 3RS. They will forgo their big block program and just focus on small block racing with Slack and their other driver Ryan Susice.
Mat Williamson takes over the Buzz Chew Racing 88 for the Super DIRTcar Series, and replaces the retiring Scott Kerwin aboard the CW Racing ride for weekly action at Ransmoville.
Dave Marcuccilli going specials-only big block racing with the Mike Payne Racing team. He'll also move up to the 358 division for weekly action at Fulton.
Marc Johnson replaces Chad Jeseo aboard the Scott Hamlin Racing ride for big-block action at Lebanon Valley.
Dave Constantino will move up to the Hoyenga Racing 34 for weekly action at Fonda following the retirment of Shaun Pangman.
Dylan Swinehart will move up to replace Kenny Gilmore in the Bailey 81 for weekly action at Grandview. Gilmore will return to his own equipment part-time.
Richie Pratt takes over the Danny Sommeling 51 for specials (ran a few races for them at the end of the year).
Ronnie Davis replaces Gary Tomkins aboard the Coar/Clark Racing big-block for weekly action at Brewerton.
Mike Mahaney takes over the George Huttig 35 for the Super DIRTcar Series and weekly action at Airborne after the team only ran part-time with Mike Perrotte last year.
Jeff Sykes replaces Tyler Meeks aboard the Flack's Racing 28 for weekly action at Can Am.
Ryan Odasz replaces Demetrios Drellos aboard the Nelson Motorsports 85 for weekly action at Fonda. Drellos returns to his own equipment at Fonda and the Super DIRTcar Series.
Jimmy Blewett back to dirt full-time, Zach Aubertine returning to the driver's seat, Alex Yankowksi making the full-time jump to modifieds, Kyle DeMetro moving up to the 358s, Claude Hutchings returning to 358s.
