Not sure which grandstand you were in, but everyone was still there for the modified feature. I used the restroom during the red flag and walked down to see the crowd and it was just as big then as when the night started. By the way, I've never seen a crowd that big at Georgetown. No places to sit, people sitting on the ground. No places to park. Neighbors across the street were allowing parking in their driveways. It was a long show, and honestly that's the first time under Deyo I can ever remember that happening. Guessing they didn't want a replay of what happened a few years ago when the whole field blew tires.
