HOLSTEN RACING FAILS POST RACE INSPECTION  

I will question the 'legally protested by another competitor' statement. DVH is a house driver. His car is owned by the track owner. Therefore, the track owner gets to call the shots. If Fred says 'Protest Pauch', guess what, DVH protests Pauch. He gets told what to protest and it gets done. Fred can afford to pay for the protest.

I don't see a track car calling protest a level playing field. Never did, and I never will.  A track owner should not have a car that also runs at the track.
