The “Worlds Busiest Track”!  Quite a claim don’t you think?  What track would you say would hold the claim of “Worlds Busiest Track”?  Well, maybe the answer is in the recent submission of ARRA historian Bob Markos of Indiana! 

  Raceway Park Motordrome…constructed in the little suburb of Chicago known as Blue Island, IL in September of 1938 as a fifth mile clay oval…and hosting midget and stock car racing programs, held an astonishing 80 shows in 1951! 

   Markos sheds light on that magical years with his most recent submission, studying that season of racing results and now, race fans everywhere can take a look back at one heck of a busy season of four wheeled excitement!
