Port Royal Borough Council Names New Mayor
Port Royal Borough has a new mayor. Just minutes into its meeting tonight, the seven-member council unanimously elected Dylan Cisney. Cisney, one arm in sling, entered the office seconds later and accepted the post. See next week's Juniata Sentinel for more information.
