The answer to your question is yes, Fred Valshing still owns it. I might be wrong,but I believe that Ricky is in a lease to own situation with the owner. Despite an attempt to put as much distance between the Grossos and Valshing as possible, all you read back when the news broke was that Grosso was the owner. Can't say I blame them! Valshing was the poison behind all the disdain that the track suffered and you can't make me believe that EVERY employee there felt the same way. He burnt a lot of bridges and turned a lot of drivers and fans away because of his asinine decisions and an ego that couldnt bear being challenged!
