It isn't building up that close to the track yet. The houses around there have been there a long time & most of them make money off of big shows for parking. I don't think they want a junkyard across the street. Unless you can get all the land down to Rt 100, I don't think it's that great of a location
By the way, I live 6 minutes from the track
