Considering laughter is 60 to 65 dB which could break the law & is their reason for shutting the track down. I guess the Bloomsburg Fair, Lawn mowers, concerts & pretty much everything is going to violate the ordinance. It's a shame they can't embrace the track like Port Royal does. It can put big $$$ into the tax base & the local economy |
