Home owners close to the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds already complaining about noise and dust. 

I was reading on another social media page that for the most part the area people are very upset. Honestly, I was surprised they received permission to open the track. It's not 1960, times have changed and I think it will be very difficult for the locals to accept this. I can understand that. I do wish the track well though and hope it becomes a success. 

Those complaining will be the same ones complaining when their taxes go up because the town isnt brining in funds or the fair shuts down because they cant afford to bring in entertainment anymore. Expected the opposition from neighbors but it's 8-10 nights out of the entire year. Maybe the fair board can secure sponsorship from a pressure washing company to clean there places after the season and hand them free fair and race passes.
