Does NASCRAP ever penalize the on track position of a car or driver for an on-track incident? Given the history of the 4 and 9 cars how did the 4 car retain his position in the race after taking out the 9 car? It was obvious to everyone who saw the incident, with the exception of the officials, saw the 4 car intentionally spinout the 9 car. Of course, as karma would have it, the 4 car took himself out right in front of the 9 car!! |

Why? It was entertaining and they let the drivers handle it themselves. Also Chase should probably clinch a championship spot before Martinsville. |

NASCRAP probably felt they couldn't do anything to the 4 car because they didn't penalize the 9 car the week before for intentionally denying Harvick the win. |

But the 9 car didn't turn the 4 car around. And if you recall, the 4 car pushed the 9 car up the track into the wall earlier in that race. |
