Why is it that on facebook, I can not post a responce or a new message? I would like to tell them how I felt about the shit that went down concerning their giving the chapionship to Gular. Please understand, I have no fight with Gular, he is a class act and a great driver. I just don't think they did right by Pauch and I think a lot of fans feel the same way.

Regardless, I was just curious why they don't allow messages to be started by readers. Only by them. Guess it's the same about how they run the track.

The place has a history of being plagued by self inflicted blunders since the Grasso's sold it.  I thought it was on a better path the past 2 yrs, but another blunder goes down  The race fans know the real deal and how this doesn't pass the smell test.

Send your concerns to Brodix since they are the ones who essentially made the call to disqualify Pauch. Also you're praising Gular who filed the protest initially. i Bet you also think border patrol agents were whipping migrants?

Wow, really surprised by your comments. They are usually better than that.

1) Brodix did not disqualify Pauch, NES did. Brodix simply reported on their findings after inspection of the heads. My criticisum of Brodix is that their report was very thin lacking very much in detail esentually boiling down to a few sentences.

2) Gular, and any other driver/owner out there, has a right to protest if they believe somone is skirting the rules. It is a way to keep teams honest

3) No comment on the boarder crisis as I try to keep my comments on this site to racing

The real gist of all of it is the "letter" from Brodix was addressed to Fred..............not Joey, not tech.  Everybody knows Fred very very rarely even shows up at his own track on race nites, but this is his baby. Luckily the fans can read between the lines

Do it the way you should, write them a letter, instead of on Faceless Book, with your opinion. Than if you really feel the need, post your letter on your Facebook.

Brodix has no authority to disqualify Pauch on the motor issue.  That is quite the silly statement.  The extent to what they did and what they can do is report back on their findings.  And after talking to Joey today on the phone...I now understand why Brodix wants to stay as much out of it as possible.  According to Joey, as we all know...the motors are sealed.  According to Joey, the seal on the motor that came out of the Holsten #96 that night wasn't tampered with.  Therefore, it pretty much indicates that the Holsten team had nothing to do with the slight nick that was to blame for the infraction and subsequent disqualification.  Since the engine was still securely sealed when the motor heads were confiscated...it would seem that the people who last fooled with it would be to blame.  So...in my way of thinking...if this motor came from Brodix with that seal...or came from Brodix to someone who actually did the inspection prior to attaching that label on the motor..it would seem that the Holsten team would have a little lawsuit for providing an engine that did not meet specs.  They DID say that the little scratch did not enhance performance at all...possibly a way to minimize the damage to their rep.  But, to punish the Holsten team and take away Pauch's championship was completely wrong.  Joey promised me to get me the number for the guy at Brodix so that I could talk to him....for some strange reason...he hasn't gotten it to me yet.  I would definitely like to get the Brodix side of the story.  We shall see if I get that number.  I can always find it myself if need be.

Nope. Sure don't think the border patrol is doing that shit. Don't know what that has to do with racing, but, anyway, I think NES screwed Pauch out of the championship the way they screwed his father out of the track. Brodix said nothing about there being any advantage of the touches made by someone replacing the valve seats.  They never said there was any advantage to it. NES was the one that decided it was in violation. The manufaturer said nothing of the sort. So now, they don't have Jr at the track. Lets see how that works out for them. I know there are a lot of Pauch fans that will not be back, and I am one of them.

Brodix didn't diqualify Pauch, NES did. Brodix NEVER said there was a problem with the heads. they NEVER said there was a performance advantage to the marks they saw. NES did all that. NES is the one that said it was a performance enhancing mark. Brodix said there were marks from machining the heads due to replacement of the valve seats, but never said that incresed performance. That was all on NES.

If in fact, you are not being allowed to post responded or new threads, it doesn't surprise me. This is just another example of them circling the wagons and clamming up to protect themselves from well deserved ridicule. Plenty of their employees have contacted me telling me they are embarrassed and thinking heavily a out whether they want to continue being associated with the farce that is the running of the place that used to be something to be proud of in dirt track racing. These days, after one episode after another of ridiculously thought out decisions and continuously stepping on their appendages, the track is nothing but a laughing stock. They are moving backwards. For God sake, one of the most visible employees there actually asked me if this was going to harm our friendship? This is how embarrassed this person is to be associated with this operation. It comes down to how much you value your image and self respect. That's a personal decision. I recognized the little weasel that Fred was pretty quickly. There was no way on Gods Earth that I would stoop as low as needed to work for him. Nope, to much self respect for myself. At least he can always use the place to ark equipment! The future as a racing facikuty, under that clown is rapidly coming to an abrupt end. Its a shame. At one time, I wouldn't have missed a week at the joint. The place is a pimple on my derrierre these days.

Fred, I so agree with you on all you said. I will not return until it is under new, completely new, management. I will not support a track that just blatantly is bias against a team. Especially one that puts fans in the seats. It makes no sense, but we saw it happen to Sr as well, so, I guess the man has no scrupples. I would be sorry to see the track close, since dirt racing has been on a decline for years now, and I grew up on dirt racing for probably 60+ years, but it seems to me that Fred has no idea how to really run a racing facility, and no care to learn. It was easy for me to drive 20 minutes to get to NES, but I will now drive 50+ minutes to get to Bridgeport and spend my money there.
