Why on earth do you need to bring a rebel flag to a race track? It's a race, not a civil war reenactment. There's no good reason to bring the flag of a failed rebellion against the country you live in to a race track. 

The flag means a way of life down south. We don't need you yankees telling us what flags we can fly.

I personally don't care who flys whatever flag they want.  Allowing  and encouraging the rainbow and BLM flags is equally as racist and prejudice as the stars and bars are.  Millions of Americans who were ancestors of those who wer confederates have contributed to society.  There has been no burning and looting by someone flying a flag at a racetrack.  History is based on facts, ignoring it is ignorance

Tough to hear, but the stereotypes that race fans are racist and homophobic rednecks are growing stronger by these comments. No doubt in my mind all of you posting are nice people, but these comments do nothing but show you don't care about people different than you. It is not a bad thing as much as you and political talking heads make it out to be.

We do not need to be an Us versus Them mentality. All you need to say is we see, we accept you, we appreciate you are different and we are trying to learn more. Society is becoming more tolerant and accepting of others, which is amazing.

It is time for BLM to put their money where their mouth is. They need to start spending some of their money to actually "improve black lives", instead of buying multiple houses for themselves.  At this time I consider them a domestic terrorist organization until proven otherwise.

Hoping NASCAR goes under because they are trying to be more open to the LGBT community seems pretty homophobic to me. It's definitely disrespectful to those communities and is completely unnecessary.
