No promoter of the year chance for Doug Rose after tonight. The announcer said biggest and best crowd of the year and the added attendance don't get to see a feature for sprint cars. There was not one person who didn't know the rain was coming, yet after the sprint B we saw two 600 C mains and then a marathon 20 lap go carts with sheet metal race and then a 600 Bmain. All the while everyone could see the sky, feel the wind, watch the radar on their phone. A promoter of the year would recognize what's going on and make changes to the order of events. In a time when people are not able to attend as many events as they used to, I can't believe a promoter would pull this. No excuse for not putting the headliner on the track. The other divisions are there weekly. I'm aware that USACEC returns in a few weeks, problem is now you have to pay twice to see the original A main, if you can return and which if made up will be after the full show. Probably not a full field and this all could have been avoided. Rain sucks. It's unpredictable. It's also something that can be worked around. Tonite was never going to be a complete show, but the headliner could have been run. 

Totally agree on everything you said. Per Kutztown's facebook, USAC ECS second show on August 3 is being promoted as TWIN 30's and not the make-up main and then a seperate program. I guess now Rich and Doug can tack on a higher admission price and make everyone pay again for last night.

Ove been a fan of the Wednesday program at Kutztown since they took over. Its a great deal and they usually run a tight efficient show there. In reading the Facebook post I'm confused as USACEC is saying it's a make up feature then a complete program. The wording by ATUSA could be read both ways. We will see. The part I find phony is the excuse of not changing order of events. They claim delays occur. They blew it. Own it and move on.
