The decision on 5 mile point has been made For several months rumors have been circulating regarding the future of Five Mile Point Speedway. The speedway ownership has a signed contract with a developer for the sale of the property. The closing on the sale of the property is expected sometime in November this fall. Racing will continue through the end of August with an expected five fall races to be added through October as part of the 2022 Fall Series. The 72nd season of racing will likely be the final year at the historic quarter mile oval. From web. Where was this announced? Heard the rumors a while back, have been checking the tracks social media pages and no mention of it. |

Not trying to be cryptic but if you know where to find race results from dirt tracks you will see it. Also it looks like October will be busy for them as they just added 5 shows |
