Do you think promoters could walk around the pits or the stands and find some young people that would handle all their social media for not much money? They're already good at it. Just give them the info & tell them where you want it posted. It would get tracks quick results that I think everyone wants. Also, news about upcoming shows & general news at the track. I bet it wouldn't cost much if you hired a real race fan. Just saying. Post on here, it's easy & gets to the fans. ACTUSA, BigD, Grandview & others |

.....I had more time, but being retired...I am maxed out on time! I could use three more days to my week and I would fill those up. Had I spare time...I would love to watch over a tracks website and update it regularly enough to keep it current. |

Fred, nothing against you. You do as much as you can. I'm just saying. Do you think there are some young people that could step up & help the sport they love. It would ve great to see NY,Central PA along with other tracks results on here. By the the way, thanks to New Egypt & Shellhammers for great result posts. I'm old & not good at this sh*t, but how many young race fans would love the chance to promote their track. I know if I could've done this when I was young, I would've jumped at the chance. |

You are just not going to see tracks posting on internet message boards anymore. Most tracks and race teams have facebook pages they can easily post infomation in a matter of seconds. I follow some teams, a bunch of tracks and some groups that are just like this, fans commenting on race results and general nonsense like nymodfan just to incite a response. There are also some groups like Flemingtom Speedway Historical Society, Friends of Nazareth Speedway & Coupes, Sedans, Pintos & Gremlins which have daily posts of old photos and AARN clippings. I also for $5 a year have the Race Monitor app which post running order and lap times as they happen. When I am in the stands at the track, mostly Grandview I can follow Bridgeport, Fonda, All Stars & WoO as it happens. |
