My question is this- Even if Copart is denied has Mrs Rodgers position changed? Will she look for other buyers if this falls through. I'm sure she doesnt want this to drag out from not only her views but for the drivers and fans. I think we still have questions and not so much good news |

From a friend. I wondered about this. Well I guess that's good news for now. When I was up at Grandview last week some of my friends up there said some of the township supervisors live right near Grandview and won't want trucks driving by night and day. |

Supposedly came from a municipal employee from the township, if true they still have a right to appeal and reapply. It looks like Ms Rogers wishes to sell and most of us we must support her wish to do so. The best case scenario is the new buyers will keep the status quo. I can't see the neighbors wanting a salvage yard over a race facility, but if it comes down to a bidding war Copart will win that for sure |

If it's true that copart was shot down that's a tough spot for the Rogers family after an offer and acceptance has taken place and you find out You're not getting your payday....i do agree their may be several attempts at this to satisfy the township. I guess we wait to see how it pans out, Thx for the response. |
