Regardless of the admission, in my opinion local racing is still the best entertainment bargain. Factor in bringuing your own food and beverage. Cost of keeping a venue open hasn't got cheaper. |

Many parts of New York state are economically depressed and the prices that we pay down in NJ and PA simply will not work in NY. Prices.......and often purses, are set according to what the regions economic demographics will bear. Comparing economic demographics of NJ and NY is similar to comparing apples and oranges. |
