If you are one of the big name drivers and get a flat you will be given courtesy laps. If you are a low budget driver green is coming out asap. As for handicapping they have been doing it this way for years. I can look at the point standings and tell you at least the top 4 starting spots in the heats and feature starting spots after heats. As for the car counts dwindling i think most low budget drivers perfer Grandview over Diamond. They can only afford to run one track
