Ok I dont know Franks plans but he did an interview  at season discussing his   street stock promotion and at  the end said he was not a fan of the banking at Bridgeport. He loved the surface at NES. Not sure what this means for his home track decision. Also stated was not a fan of chasing titles. At NES it cost him 14000 and won 10000 for winning title.
