Supposedly came from a municipal employee from the township, if true they still have a right to appeal and reapply. It looks like Ms Rogers wishes to sell and most of us we must support her wish to do so.  The best case scenario is the new buyers will keep the status quo. I can't see the neighbors wanting a salvage yard over a race facility, but if it comes down to a bidding war Copart will win that for sure
