Flo stubbed their toe yesterday for the Delaware race.  Racing started at 3pm, they didn't come on the air till 630 pm. Missed the entire modified card.  I'm not sure who won.  One report from DIS said Perrego won, another one said Danny Bouc by default. Does anyone know?
