Two International Files Find a Home at ARRA!!!

Ringoes,NJ – ARRA, Auto Racing Research Associates have announced that they have accepted Mike Allen of Lincolnshire, England to their roster of talented auto racing historians. Mike brings an international flair to the organization and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and has already submitted two extensive files. One on the long running International Gold Cup, held annually at the Oulton Park Racing Circuit, and a driver research on UK driver, the late Tony Sugden.

“Mike contacted me interested in joining our group of racing historians back in January.” explained ARRA President Fred Voorhees. “We have been communicating back and forth since then and we have finally wrapped up our questions back and forth and Mike is now officially one of our group of talented historians.”

Allen has submitted two comprehensive studies on the Gold Cup and driver Tony Sugden. The Gold Cup file becomes ARRA’s 19th “Special Events” subject, while the Tony Sugden research becomes the groups 180th different driver project. “Mike told me that the research capabilities of auto racing in the UK is a little difficult, but I told him that maybe I could give him a hand in breaking some barriers and maybe, together, we could break open some doors with that.” boasted Voorhees as he wrapped up adding the files to the growing website chock full of auto racing statistics, facts and figures. “Mike also sent me a literal TON of links to auto racing websites that might be of interest to those attempting to research international drivers and speedways. I have all of them posted on Mike’s special page titles “The UK Connection” located right on the landing page of the ARRA website.”
